Our shipping policies appear below. Orders also are governed by our Terms of Use, which you should review.

Continental United States Orders:
• Most internet orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.
• Please note, orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays.

Expected Delivery Dates:

•  All dates are estimates and may vary. Please see notes below.
•  Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing
•  2-3 Day Express: 2-3 Business days after order processing
• 2-3 Day Express delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times. Signatures may be required upon delivery. Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it. You may want to use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.
• Transit days for ground shipments and 2-3-Day Express are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after processing.
All in stock items take 1-2 business days for processing.
Out of stock items take 7-10 business days for processing.
Express and overnight delivery and not available for shipment to P.O Boxes.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
If you've selected standard shipping, you'll receive your order 3-5 business days after it ships. If you'd like your order sooner, we can expedite your shipping for an additional charge. (Please see shipping table above.) Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you've placed an order, you can check its status at any time. Just sign into My Account and click on "View Orders." As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation.

WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER WILL DELIVER MY PACKAGE?
Depending on where you live and which shipping method you chose, we will chose from a variety of carriers to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via USPS.

I'M NOT GOING TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE. IS THAT OK?
Please note that all orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery.

SexyFly tops and bottoms are all lined with soft glossy flow lining. Tops fit true to size and feature thin removable pads. Bottoms are cut narrow in the back. There are no thong bottoms in the collection nor are there any "full coverage" bottoms offered. They are "Brazilian" style, which means low cut in front and narrow in back. All bottoms in the collection are a scrunch butt cut, which is the most flattering cut for the booty giving it a much rounder and perky appearance.

All of these suits have been tested and are safe to wear in both salt water and chlorine. Embellishments such as the chains and metals have also been tested and safe to wear in the sun. Not approved for vigorous water activity. To clean your swimwear please hand wash or use specialty swimwear cleaner.

Exchange Policy

Terms and Conditions
All sales are final. No refunds. We will exchange the size or style if it's within 30 days of your delivery date. All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, suits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If we receive such goods your account will be charged $15 and the items will be returned to you. In order to do an exchange, you must first call us to be assigned a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us.

Damages
SexyFly, llc. guarantees it's clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 60 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. SexyFly suits are very delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.

Care Instructions
SexyFly suits are constructed of the finest imported fabrics and trims that are extremely delicate in nature. Many of the suits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While ALL of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water.

All swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap (such as specialty lingerie detergent). Lie flat or hang to dry. DO NOT USE WOOLITE!
